We were on a family vacation on the highway for 3 hours. Whe my 4 year old daughter had to desperately go to the bathroom. The young man that worked there refused to let my child go to the bathroom. Although he did suggest the disgusting and sketchy port a potty behind the building. Real great customer service....NOT!
Stopped in the store to get treats for my dog. Awesome and friendly service. Really nice products and the store is well put together. I think it's rather sad that the mother used review as a platform for a personal gripe.

I can't believe that woman's idiot review about her stupid daughter needing to use the bathroom is posted here. A company policy to not let people on vacation use the private restroom does reflect their business and it's ridiculous that this review contributes to this business's overall score.
